Ever After Planner starts with a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial you'll be charged a single £15 one-time payment to keep using the planner. There is no recurring subscription — your access continues until 12 months after your wedding date (as set in your dashboard), when your account is closed automatically.
1. Cancelling during the free trial
You can cancel at any time during the 7-day free trial and you will not be charged. To cancel, sign in and remove your payment method, or email us at everafterwedplanner@gmail.com before the trial ends.
2. Refund window after payment
After the trial ends and the £15 payment has been taken, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
After the 14-day window has passed, no refund will be considered.
3. How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you paid with, or
- Email us at everafterwedplanner@gmail.com with your order reference and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
4. How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Account closure
Your account closes automatically 12 months after the wedding date stored in your dashboard. We'll email you 30 days and 7 days before closure, and again on the day the account closes. You can update your wedding date at any time and the closure date will adjust accordingly. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of the £15 payment.
