These Terms govern your use of Ever After Planner (the "Service") provided by Ever After Wedding Planning ("we", "us", "our"), trading from England, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who you're contracting with
Your contract for use of the Service is with Ever After Wedding Planning. Where you purchase a paid plan, your purchase is processed by Paddle (see clause 7).
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or to send spam or fraudulent content;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the security of the Service (including malware, probing, scraping, or attempting to bypass access controls);
- resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, its software, documentation and branding. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for planning your wedding. You retain ownership of content you upload (guest lists, photos, notes); you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
5. Service level
We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Fees
Access to paid features requires a one-time payment of £14.99. Payment unlocks full access for the life of your account. See our Refund Policy.
7. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time; on termination we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
